Esame olfattivo
I vini dealcolati presentano profumi più delicati, poiché manca l’alcol, sostanza volatile che agisce da vettore aromatico. Anche la pastorizzazione, necessaria in assenza dell’effetto conservante dell’alcol, può influire ulteriormente sull’intensità olfattiva.
Esame gustativo
Al gusto, il vino risulta leggero e facile da bere. Non avendo alcol, è meno caldo e corposo rispetto a un vino tradizionale, ma resta fresco e piacevolmente sapido. I sapori sono delicati e con meno persistenza in bocca, ma il risultato finale è armonioso e di ottima beva.

It is made from normally vinified wine that has undergone a dealcoholisation process.
Mainly 3 methods are used: - Reverse osmosis
- Cold distillation in a vacuum
- Evaporation

No, the dealcolation process is purely osmotic. It separates mechanically the alcohol from the wine by using special membranes to preserve the vegetable water that is in the starting wine.
It is important to emphasize this difference, as opposed to the process by cold distillation which, by evaporating the alcohol, leads to a consequent evaporation of parts of the vegetable water, thus leading to the need to replenish it with water foreign to the winemaking process.
