Dealcoholization & Packaging

PRIVATE LABEL: Contract Manufacturers of Dealcoholized Wine

Since 2012, we have been producing dealcoholized wines using exclusively Italian grapes from various regions of excellence, offering contract services, consultancy, and customized solutions.

We support our clients throughout every stage, from raw material to the finished and labeled product, or by carrying out specific processes such as the dealcoholization of an already finished wine.

Thanks to the know-how gained through decades of experience, we develop tailor-made products that reflect the client’s needs, with the possibility to customize grape variety, blend, bottle, and design, creating a unique imprint in the market.

Minimum quantity

Minimum processing quantity: 20 HL per SKU, with an indicative yield of 2,500–3,000 bottles of 0.75L or, in the case of the can format, about 10,000 pcs of 0.20L.

Smaller quantities are not accepted.

Test service

A paid test service is available, allowing the creation of a sample with only 40 liters of product using a laboratory dealcoholizer. The result is similar, but not exactly identical to what would be achieved with the more advanced industrial production equipment.

Customizations

It is possible to customize the grape variety or blend, the type of bottle, the closure, the format (including the can option), as well as any additions of ingredients provided by the client, subject to our approval. The entire external packaging can also be customized: label, back label, capsule, and carton.

We also offer a White Label service, ideal for those who want to quickly launch their own brand without dealing with complex production processes. In this case, it is not possible to customize the grape variety or the bottle, but full freedom is granted for the external packaging: label, back label, capsule, and carton. We provide ready-to-use dealcoholized wines on which clients can apply their own visual identity, creating a personal product that is immediately recognizable on the market.

Minimum quantity

The minimum quantity is 300 bottles per SKU exclusively for the first order. From the second order onward, the minimum becomes 600 bottles per SKU. This means that for a brand starting with 3 products, it will be necessary to produce 300 units per type, for a total of 900 bottles; from the second order onward, however, the minimum quantity

Customizations

Only the customization of the external packaging is allowed: label, back label, capsule, and carton, materials that must be provided by the client. Alternatively, we can provide capsules in black, silver, and gold, as well as neutral black cartons, with additional costs.
